This project involved the precise fabrication of mild steel components using laser cutting techniques. These components varied in thickness and required meticulous machining to achieve high tolerances. The assembly process demanded skilled welding to ensure structural integrity while maintaining straightness throughout. Additionally, we executed a comprehensive spray painting process on all components, excluding flanges and rails as per the client’s specifications.
